The goods need to be returned at your own cost, intact, in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.An exchange will not be offered if the value of the goods has been reduced (you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession).When arranging your postage we suggest taking out additional postage insurance with your provider.
